Negele Gurbitu is situated in the Yirgacheffe region, which is a highly acclaimed coffee-growing region in Ethiopia.
The coffee trees of the Heirloom variety grow in very high plantations, between 1700 to 2000 metres. The beans have been harvested between October and December and are fully washed.
You can expect floral and quirky flavours similar to the likes of Earl Grey tea or whisky.
