Indonesia is a major coffee producer worldwide, and often ranks in the top five.

It was discovered in 1696 that the land in this region has exceptional growing conditions, so production began and continues to this day. Indonesian coffee beans tend to have a low acidity and a high bodied profile.

This coffee is grown near Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake on Earth. It is processed using Giling Basah - a traditional wet hulling procedure, created in Sumatra. A full body with a spicy aroma that has hints of tobacco. Catimor and Typica are the two bean varieties.
