Terms of service.

Effective from: May 2025

Welcome to Old Chapel Coffee. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms explain how we work, how we deliver our products, and how we expect our website to be used. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

Who We Are

This website is operated by:

The Old Chapel Coffee Company Ltd
The Chapel, Chequers Road,
Little Bromley, CO11 2QE
Registered in England and Wales
Company number: 13396944

Using Our Website

You must be over 18 to register or place an order through this site. We ask that you provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. If your details change, you can update them in your account.

We may refuse access to our services or cancel your account at any time if we believe there has been misuse of the site or a breach of these terms.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order but does not yet confirm it has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once it is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund where applicable.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or process a full refund.

From time to time, limited edition coffees or seasonal lines may be available only while stocks last.

Pricing and Product Information

Prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publishing, but we reserve the right to adjust them at any time.

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. If we find an error after you have placed your order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Packaging may differ slightly from what is shown on screen, and product appearance may vary due to the natural characteristics of coffee.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a recurring coffee delivery, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. There is no long-term commitment, and you will not be charged for cancelled orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched.

If an order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Changes made in your account will apply to future deliveries.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be sent on the next working day.

We use reliable delivery partners with a strong commitment to sustainability. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@oldchapelcoffee.co.uk. We will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

As coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns of opened products unless there is a quality issue. If you believe something is wrong with your order, let us know as soon as possible.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. We cannot apply discounts after an order has been placed. Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates or usage limits.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. For details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
