Single Origin: Brazil

from £8.50

Brazil is the world’s biggest coffee producer, and for good reason. The Fazenda Pinhal farm, run by Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana, is one of the most sustainable in the Cerrado Minas Gerais region, producing a beautifully mild, smooth, and chocolatey coffee that’s effortlessly drinkable.

This is a coffee that’s easy to love—gently sweet, well-rounded, and balanced. A natural process coffee made from Mundo Novo, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties, it delivers a cup that’s nutty, chocolatey, and mellow, without any sharp acidity. Perfect for brewing in a V60 or Aeropress, but also makes a smooth, sweet espresso.

Roast & Flavour Profile:

  • Roast Level: Light-medium (2.5/5)

  • Body: Smooth and balanced (3/5)

  • Sweetness: Gentle and nutty (3/5)

  • Acidity: Low and mellow (2/5)

  • Origin: Cerrado Minas Gerais, Brazil

Roasted fresh every week in small batches, this Brazilian single-origin is a beautifully soft, sweet coffee that’s perfect for any time of day. Sent straight from our roastery to your cup.
