Single Origin: El Salvador Las Isabellas

from £8.50

Grown on the Las Isabellas farm in the Apaneca region of western El Salvador, this coffee is as special as the land it comes from. A blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, it thrives at 1,200–1,450 metres, benefiting from rich volcanic soil and a farm deeply committed to sustainability.

Las Isabellas isn’t just a coffee farm—it’s 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls, part of the Blue Harvest Project, and certified by the Rainforest Alliance. The result? A coffee that’s as smooth and balanced as it is ethical. Expect a sweet, mild cup with plum and chocolate flavours, perfect for those who love a softer, more rounded profile.

Roast & Flavour Profile:

  • Roast Level: Light-medium (2.5/5)

  • Body: Smooth and balanced (3/5)

  • Sweetness: Rich and deep (4/5)

  • Acidity: Soft and mellow (2/5)

  • Origin: Las Isabellas, El Salvador

Roasted fresh every week in small batches, this El Salvador single-origin is a beautifully sweet, chocolatey coffee, crafted with care and sent straight from our roastery to your cup.
