Single Origin: Ethopia Limu
This is Ethiopian coffee at its finest—sweet, full of life, and naturally complex. Sourced from just six farms in the Oromia region of southwest Ethiopia, these Heirloom variety beans grow at 1,600 metres above sea level, developing a beautifully fruity, winey character.
Limu is often compared to Yirgacheffe, but with a slightly richer body and less floral intensity. Expect a coffee that’s bright and lively, with layers of sweet, winey fruitiness and a smooth, rounded finish. As a filter coffee, it’s clean and complex, while as an espresso, it’s a vibrant, juicy shot with real depth.
Roast & Flavour Profile:
Roast Level: Light-medium (2.5/5)
Body: Smooth and balanced (3/5)
