Single Origin: Ethopia Yirgacheffe

from £8.50

Some coffees stand out, and Yirgacheffe is one of them. Grown at high altitudes between 1,700 and 2,000 metres, in the famed coffee region of Negele Gurbitu, this Heirloom variety produces a coffee unlike any other—floral, bright, and beautifully complex.

This is a coffee that surprises. With its delicate floral aroma and notes of Earl Grey and whisky, it’s nothing like your standard espresso. The fully washed process brings out its clean, crisp acidity, making it a brilliant choice for filter brewing, while its light body and aromatic finish create a truly unique espresso experience.

Roast & Flavour Profile:

  • Roast Level: Light (2/5)

  • Body: Light and tea-like (3/5)

  • Sweetness: Balanced and delicate (3/5)

  • Acidity: Bright and citrusy (4/5)

  • Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Roasted fresh every week in small batches, this Ethiopian single-origin is for those who love coffee with character. Elegant, floral, and packed with unexpected flavour, it’s sent straight from our roastery to your cup.
